I can&#039;t recommend enough the following books to a fellow triibester.

The Zone Diet - Not so much a diet - but a great look at good/bad carbs.

The Primal Blueprint - A great look at why a lot of the conventional wisdom about eating is wrong.

Paleo Diet - A lot like the primal blueprint, but the paleo diet came first. Suggesting we need to eat a diet similar to our ancestors.

		<description><![CDATA[Hey Bex! Good information to be reminded of. One thing I&#039;ve learned: that client that can ONLY  meet you in your yoga time will find a way to meet you another time. I struggled for years re: my shop&#039;s hours. A business mentor said told me, &quot;Open when you want to. They&#039;ll come when you&#039;re open.&quot; Now, that&#039;s not exactly my idea of good business however, I have learned that if I stay open till 5, 7 or even midnight, there will always be someone rushing in 5 minutes till and wanting me to stay open later for them.
