I absolutely love this post! Endorphins are the body's natural pain medication hormones. When they're released, they make us feel better, improve our mood, increase pleasure, and minimize pain. Multiple research articles I have red show that the best way to increase these endorphins is exercise.
Thank you for sharing your accomplishments and future goals. Congrats on your accomplishments. Socrates said "The secret of change is to focus all your energy, not on fighting for the old, but on building the new" and it sounds like thats exactly what your doing! Your list of "evidence" is great. They really made me smile. Reading 2,3,4... I found myself repeating to myself ME TOO!
New behavior to change I vote
1. Drink more water
2. Write daily
When you decide on your new change challenge I would love to read about your progress!

All the best,
Anie
