		<description><![CDATA[One suggestion that comes to mind (that would help ME keep a time commitment to write) is (1) to prepare the workspace beforehand, say before going to bed, and (2) to combine it with an activity for that time-slot that you enjoy and multi-task. For me that would be going to McDonald&#039;s (my personal daily routine to wake up and do my &quot;to do&quot; list) for a cup of coffee with my laptop -- ready at the front door from the previous day. And of course, it will be on my &quot;to do&quot; list so I can check it off when the journalling is done.

I used to meditate also. What kind do you do?]]></description>
