Adriana Carrillo
Adriana helps individuals and organizations facing change uncover possibilities and maximize opportunities.
With eight years of experience in the education and non-profit sector, Adriana brings her knowledge and expertise of strategic planning, team building, and training and development. In recent years she worked at the University of California Berkeley and the University of California San Francisco, focusing on university-community partnerships. An interest in coaching was sparked through her project management work with the Columbia Coaching Certification Program. A love of cooking, outdoor adventures, and art fuel her creative energy.
Adriana graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Sociology and will receive her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in May 2011.
Christi O’Neill
Christi helps individuals and organizations committed to growth redesign their mental models to strengthen their path to success. She works with each individual client in an authentic, supportive environment to create a customized process in which they are challenged to take control of their own change journey.
Utilizing her passion for unearthing strengths and increasing self-awareness, Christi has worked with both individuals and groups to clarify their vision and mission statements. She has also worked with organizations to create differentiating strategies. In addition, she has sat on numerous leader selection committees, co-facilitated leader conferences and has trained individuals and groups to both lead and produce team building activities.
Christi has been employed by the Health, Emotion, and Behavior lab at Yale University, the Office of Student Affairs at Nova Southeastern University and has interned at the Leadership Broward Foundation, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, minoring in Counseling and Sociology, from Nova Southeastern University. Christi will graduate from the Social-Organizational Psychology master’s program at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2011.
Paul Pavlica
Paul helps individuals and organizations maximize their human capital potential to prosper in a competitive and ever-changing environment. He has developed a unique set of skills that span eight years of professional work in areas of team development, leadership training, project management, coaching and mentoring.
Most recently, Paul was an Organizational Development Intern at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY) working within change management, leadership development and onboarding teams. Prior to VNSNY, he worked as the Assistant Director for Student-Alumni Programs at Columbia College Alumni Affairs and Development in New York City. Paul has also worked and advanced in higher education administration within the area of student affairs at Lynn University and Northwestern University. He has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Central Michigan University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lynn University and a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
