NYC Fabulous Girlfriends Life Mapping Workshop: October 19, 2008, 12:30-4:30PM
I love to conduct these girlfriends workshops! Who better to help you reach your dreams than the people who love and support you! This is such a fun event to do with your amazing women friends, creating vision boards, or life maps, to map out what you each want for the year. We work on understanding your values are, what's limiting you, and create clear intentions for the year in the areas of your life where you would like to grow. We discuss how to get what you want, using aspects of the Law of Attraction combined with my change management experience. Columbia School of Business Executive Coaching -- Ongoing
I am currently working with the Executive MBA and MBA candidates at Columbia as a Leadership Coach. Through their Leadership Class, the students are able to work with a coach to help them review performance feedback and create actions plans for development.
