Offerings
Ongoing One-on-one Growth Coaching
This is the foundation of my practice. Our relationship begins with a two-hour Foundation Session where we evaluate your "as-is" Life Map. This session can either be in person (in the NY Metro area) or over the phone. We then begin Growth Sessions which are scheduled for 40 minutes, three times a month, where we will create your Growth Plan and work on moving towards your "to-be" Life Map. On-going calls will focus on continuing support and movement on your plan. I ask for a minimum three-month initial commitment for any new relationship in order to enable a full assessment and begin the growth journey.
Trial Growth Coaching Session
If you are interested in coaching, but are not sure what it is about or how you can benefit, I offer a one-time, 40-minute Growth Session. In this session we will talk at a high level about where you are, and where you would like to be. We will then discuss how I can assist you on your journey.
One-time Sessions: Growth Planning & Change Assessment
I currently offer two stand-alone sessions. The first, the Change Assessment, is a two-hour session in which we will evaluate your "current state." We'll begin to understand where your goals and values may or may not be aligning. We'll assess your satisfaction with each of the areas in your life, and you'll walk away more aware and confident about what makes you happy, enabling value-based life decisions. The second session, Growth Planning, is a four-hour session which begins with the Change Assessment, and then dives into your intentions, goals and dreams. From this workshop you'll walk away with an individually tailored Growth Map that will help you achieve measurable results.
Growth Workshops
I am available to work with small or large groups - business partners, friends, work groups, new moms, newly formed teams, etc. All workshops agendas are customized based on needs and time frame and will include tools and resources to help you achieve your group and/or individual goals. This is the perfect solution for team and group members to get the most out of working together.

Change Management is one of the greatest challenges in organizations today. Only recently have we recognized as a society, that a company cannot implement a change without considering the individuals in the organization it impacts. Change Management, quite simply, is using a systematic approach to ensuring the success of the initiative you are implementing, by considering both the perspective of the organization and the individual. The more effectively you deal with the change, just like in nature, the more likely you are to not only survive, but to succeed and thrive.
