For Moms: Strategies to Prioritize You in 2011 (NYC)
I am so excited to kick off this year with a bang, and am running a wonderful workshop that tackles the hottest issues I have come across with the moms I have been working with: how do I find the time to do the things for myself that I know I need to do to be happy (and therefore be a good mom/partner/daughter/employee/leader)?
With simple strategies and engaging conversation with other moms, we’ll tackle this question by providing a foundation for you to kick off the new year. We will:
- Explore your values – discover what’s truly important to you that needs to be part of your life
- Map out current expectations – those of yourself and those of others
- Declare future, value-based intentions and goals that will move you towards your future vision for yourself
- Begin to design a plan to prioritize yourself using simple time management strategies
- Design the support team you need in order to enable the development and execution of that plan

Columbia Women In Business Conference (NYC)
I have once again been invited to be a panelist at the Columbia Women in Business Conference. This year’s conference theme is “Mapping The Future: Dynamic Paths to Success.” My panel will be on “Managing Your Career Through Uncertainty”, which I am very excited to be a part of. Last year over 700 amazing women attended this conference and I found it to be one of my most memorable days of the year. Columbia School of Business Leadership Coaching — Ongoing
I am currently working with the Executive MBA and MBA candidates at Columbia as a Leadership Coach. Through their Leadership Class, the students are able to work with a coach to help them review performance feedback and create actions plans for development.
