Please join us for what promises to be an exciting evening with like-minded professionals where we will develop an understanding of how bringing your passion to work makes you indispensable to your team and organization, and identify ways to align your passions to your career, ultimately increasing your career satisfaction, performance and value.
During this workshop, you will:
- Examine the changes in today’s workplace that make it necessary to explore and understand what your unique “art” is
- Identify your passions and the gifts that complement your job and career
- Complete a self-assessment on how to leverage your indispensable qualities at work
- Understand the value of tapping the strengths of indispensable employees, and begin to strategize ways to do so
- Network and connect with other like-minded professionals — other “linchpins”!
This workshop is based on the principles found in Linchpin: Are you Indispensable? An amazing book by author, blogger and fellow New Yorker, Seth Godin. All workshop participants will receive a copy of Linchpin.
